Training Options
Youth Performance Training (Ages 7-11)
Designed for younger athletes who need to build a strong athletic foundation.
This program focuses on coordination, agility, balance, movement skills, body control, and age-appropriate strength development in a structured training environment.
Monthly Plans
2 days/week – $240/month
3 days/week – $360/month
4 days/week – $480/month
Drop-In
$35/session
Sibling Discount
2nd child: 10% off
3rd child: 15% off

Complete Performance Training
Speed + Agility + Strength
For athletes who need the full package: movement mechanics, agility work, and strength training combined into one training program.
Sessions are capped at 8 athletes max, allowing for more coaching, more feedback, and a more focused training experience. Depending on the time slot, some sessions may have fewer athletes, creating an even more personalized environment.

Large Group Training
Large group training is designed for athletes who want quality training in a bigger group setting.
These sessions will be held on set days and times and are a great option for families looking for a more affordable training format while still focusing on speed, agility, strength, and overall athletic development.
Diamond Sportsplex members will receive discounted pricing on large group training.
