Full body Circuit
With an emphasis on cardio, this class works on every muscle in the body. The focus of class changes; some days its legs or arms or glutes etc. This is a station style class that is timed! The goal is to do as many reps as you can in a specific amount of time. Yes, this class is for all fitness levels.

Weekend Warrior
This class is all about enhancing progress and busting through plateaus through the use of weight training and cardio circuits. You will be pushed to lift heavier than you do during the weekday classes. We add an element of "fun" through various cardio and plyometric exercises. . . Now don't focus too much on "fun." Results are a result of consistent progress! And this class is all about testing your progress.
Now remember, FIT-24 is not a one size fits all program so "lifting heavier" is relative to your individual capabilities. You aren't required to do what someone else is doing and there is no "standard". The only thing that matters is you giving it your all to ensure you reach your goals!!
